Veer Christmas

For the Veer extended side, all the great grandkids plus the grandkids who are younger, put on a little skit. Natalie organized everything and made these cute little headbands for the kids to wear. The Veer uncles read the Christmas story and then the kids would go up to the front to act out the story. There was also some singing and music led by some of the other cousins. It was a fun time!

Titus was a little donkey. And per his usual, he did NOT want to have those "silly" ears on. I had to force him wear them out into the main room and then when it came time to go up to the front he would not go up there. I tried pulling him up there and he was just so stubborn. I guess he really wanted to act out his character. He finally went up there with Matt but only if he didn't have to have the ears on.

Lillie was an angel again.

Titus took refuge on Christopher's lap. He knew Christopher wouldn't make him go up there in the ears.

Lillie and Daddy holding hands. She loves her daddy.

Zethan sitting with Mama.

Daddy showing Zethan that it really isn't that bad to wear the baby cow ears.

Lillie with some of her cousins acting out the play. Lillie is always curious about who is her cousin or "just a friend" or whatever, so trying to explain to her that some of them are her first cousins once removed and some are her second cousins was a little confusing. She always enjoys when her Kansas City cousins are in town though!
